Thrillers are fast becoming more and more popular everyday. Film makers are pushing them out thick and fast because they attract a lot of cinema goers, with the majority of viewers 51% are male and 49% female. This means that the genre attracts a lot more of audiences than had it attracted if it was only appealing to male audiences.
