Donnie Darko has to be my favourite Thriller Genre movie. A boy in his late teens who has sleepwalking problems has a dream of a person in a sinister rabbit costume telling him that the world will end in twenty eight days, six hours, forty two minutes and twelve seconds. He then has recurring dreams of similar things. The film is a psychological thriller as the story itself is very complex and confusing and takes a lot of thinking to understand. Jake Gyllenhaal stars as the lead, who is named Donnie Darko.
