Final cut pro
THE BASICS
We learnt all the basics about final cut pro when we first started media which we had to incorporate in to the editing of our real project. This includes things such as;
- Being able to drag clips on to the timeline and put them in order.
- Cut clips and remove the parts we dont want or need.
- How to mark clips as in and out.
We then got more developed and learnt how to do more challenging things suck as;
- Putting text on the clip (e.g. the titles in our title sequence)
- How to colour, change font, change size of the text
- How to reposition the text on the screen
- How to fade in and out text, clips and sound
When making our real project we had to remember how to use these skills for our editing process however these are just the basics and we had to get more in depth for our real project to make our opening that much better.
